Electrical contractor killed in fishing trawler accident

A man in his 30s has been killed while carrying out repairs to heavy machinery on board a fishing vessel in Co Wexford.

The electrical contractor, believed to be from Waterford, died while repairing a generator on board the 'Rony' at Kilmore Quay just before 8pm last night.
