Greens urge Govt to set date for nurses' 35-hour week

The Green Party's health spokesperson John Gormley has called on the Government to set a date for the introduction of a 35-hour working week for nurses, before an all-out strike occurs.

Members of the Irish Nurses Organisation and the Psychiatric Nurses Association are beginning the third day of protest today in pursuit of improved pay and conditions.
