Four people were arrested in County Armagh about serious crime after a police intelligence operation.

The suspects were stopped in their car in the Antrim Road, Lurgan, last night and were taken for questioning at Antrim serious crime suite.

The railway line between Moira and Lurgan and St Michael’s Grammar School in the town were closed as officers carried out searches.

Cross-border train passengers were bussed between Belfast and Newry.
