Britain to pass bill paving way for power-sharing delay

The British government is set to pass emergency legislation today providing for a six-week delay in the restoration of devolution in the North.

The move follows yesterday's historic agreement between Sinn Féin and the DUP to enter a power-sharing Executive on May 8th.
