Port Tunnel malfunction causes major traffic disruption

Problems with the Dublin Port Tunnel have caused major traffic disruption in the capital this morning.

The southbound section of the tunnel had to be closed for some time following a malfunction and officials decided to lift the ban on heavy goods vehicles entering the city centre.
