Aer Lingus ordered to negotiate cost cuts with staff

The Labour Court has today ruled that Aer Lingus should negotiate any planned costs cuts with its employees rather than seeking to impose them unilaterally.

The airline recently tried to impose new contracts that included cuts in overtime and holiday pay for staff.
