Trainee garda under investigation over child-sex claims

A trainee garda based in south Dublin is being investigated on suspicion of arranging a 14-year-old boy to have sex with a number of adults.

The garda has been suspended from duty pending the outcome of the investigation into claims that he arranged for the teenager to have sex with four adults.
