A foreign tourist has denied that she pushed a pair of underwear into the pocket of a north Dublin businessman accused of raping her and invited him to come to her Killarney hotel room.

A foreign tourist has denied that she pushed a pair of underwear into the pocket of a north Dublin businessman accused of raping her and invited him to come to her Killarney hotel room.

The now 58-year-old woman also denied, during cross-examination by defence counsel, Mr Anthony Sammon SC (with Mr Michael Bowman BL), that when the accused came to her room she demanded to know what kept him before they began kissing and undressing to have consensual sexual actiivity.
