Paisley: DUP hold veto on powersharing with SF

The DUP manifesto launched this morning in the North says it won't be forced into power with Sinn Féin by any government deadlines.

It claims both the Irish and British governments support its preconditions on restoring devolution, and that Sinn Féin must deliver first.
