Hospital consultants 'won't accept gagging clause'

As discussions aimed at negotiating new work contracts for hospital consultants resume this morning, the Irish Hospital Consultants Association has claimed that any 'gagging clause' will not be accepted.

This fresh round of discussions are expected to last around seven weeks.
