New measures to introduce bio-fuel to State-owned buses

Taoiseach Bertie Ahern today claimed that he is to introduce new measures for State-owned public transport in an effort to cut carbon emissions.

Mr Ahern said the existing Bus Éireann and Dublin Bus fleet will have to switch to a 5% bio-fuel blend.
