Experts to debate necessity of new criminal justice reforms

Criminal law experts will speak at a public forum later this morning at which the new criminal justice reform measures announced by Michael McDowell this week will be discussed.

The forum is being headed up by the Irish Council for Civil Liberties which say the reforms have not been properly debated and are not justified.
