Rabbitte: Closing tribunal would raise constitutional difficulties

The Labour Leader Pat Rabbitte has said that he does not believe the Government will be able to close down the Mahon Tribunal.

His comments come on foot of what seems to be a disagreement between the Taoiseach and the Tánaiste.
