Agency launches plan to eradicate homelessness

The Government's Homeless Agency has launched a plan aimed at eradicating homelessness in Dublin by 2010.

The plan focuses mainly on preventing people from becoming homeless in the first place, but also includes initiatives to get people off the streets and into proper housing.
