Irish poultry farmers say tighter controls are not needed

Poultry farmers say they are confident that security measures in place in Ireland are adequate to deal with the risk of bird flu.

The assurance comes as the British authorities continue to investigate an outbreak of the deadly H5N1 strain of the virus on a turkey farm in Suffolk.
