Govt's expert group to review bird flu threat to Ireland

The Government's expert committee on bird fly is due to meet today to discuss the outbreak of the virus in Britain.

160,000 turkeys are being culled following the discovery of the deadly H5N1 strain of the illness at a farm in Suffolk on Saturday.
