A murder investigation is being launched in Dublin this morning, following a fatal shooting in the west of the city last night.

A murder investigation is being launched in Dublin this morning, following a fatal shooting in the west of the city last night.

A man in his twenties was shot a number of times outside his home in Ronanstown, at about 9.30pm.
