A Lithuanian man has been acquitted of threatening to kill a Russian woman he denies raping in Waterford two years ago.

Mr Justice Barry White directed the jury on day - 10 of his trial at the Central Criminal Court to find the accused not guilty of threatening to kill the complainant.
