Ahern and Blair welcome SF move on policing

The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has welcomed the decision by the Sinn Féin Ard Fheis to support policing and the rule of law.

British Prime Minister Tony Blair described it as an historic decision and said he recognises the leadership it has taken to get to this point.
