€150,000 worth of cocaine seized in Athlone garda raid

Gardaí in Athlone have seized a significant amount of cocaine during a raid on an apartment in the town last night.

The raid was carried out in the Ard Ri area at around 11pm.

Gardaí say the cocaine found had an estimated street value of around €150,000.
