Tallaght board to maintain contact with hospital project

The board of Tallaght Hospital has reportedly agreed to continue co-operating with the national children's hospital project for the immediate future.

The hospital is uneasy about the proposed site for the new facility alongside the Mater in Dublin's north inner city and has put forward an alternative proposal that would see a twin site developed at the Mater and in Tallaght.
