Ticketmaster vows to take action against Internet touts

Ticketmaster is promising to do all it can to crack down on ticket touts fleecing music and sports fans via websites like eBay.

Scores of touts currently use the Internet to resell tickets for popular concerts and sporting events at vastly inflated prices.
