One fifth of drivers killed on way to work are over limit

One fifth of motorists who die in road accidents while driving to work in the morning are over the legal alcohol limit, according to the Road Safety Authority.

The authority says the finding emerged from a study it commissioned on motorists who are affected the morning after consuming alcohol.
