FG and Labour seek easy-to-follow food-labelling system

Fine Gael and the Labour Party are calling for the introduction of a UK-style system of food labelling in Ireland.

The potential coalition partners say an easy-to-follow guide should be implemented showing the amount of salt, sugar and fat contained in various food products.
