Govt: 'No plans to implement adopt-a-road schemes'

The Department of the Environment says it has no plans to implement adopt-a-road schemes to eliminate illegal roadside dumping.

Responding to calls from the Opposition, the Department said that local authorities have sufficient resources to tackle the problem.
