Roche: 'Ireland will meet carbon emission responsibilities'

The Environment Minister Dick Roche said this afternoon he's confident Ireland will meet our responsibilities in relation to greenhouse gas emissions by 2020.

Mr Roche said we had a moral responsibility to do our bit.
