Cross-border search for missing teen
A cross-border search was under way today for a 15-year-old Co Antrim girl who disappeared on St Stephen's Day and may have run off with a man from eastern Europe.
The PSNI believe Tamara Mackle could be in the Republic and have asked the Garda to help in the search for her.
Gardaí today appealed for anyone who saw her, either alone or with a man , to contact police in her home town of Ballymena.
Tamara was last seen in Ballymena late on St Stephen's Day and may have gone with a Lithuanian man in his 20s into the Republic.
The teenager is described as being about 5’8” tall, of slim build, with blue eyes and blonde hair normally worn in a ponytail.
When last seen she was wearing a white hooded top, a blue jacket, trainers and blue jeans.
