N32 closed after Garda injured by falling hoardings

A Garda has been taken to hospital after being trapped under wooden hoarding on a building site in Dublin.

The 30 foot hoarding was surrounding a building under construction on the N32.

It toppled over and onto the road during this morningʼs strong winds, hitting the female Garda in the process.

She was taken to Beaumont hospital and is being treated for leg injuries.

The N32 has been shut to traffic as a result.
