Controlled explosion at Coleraine courthouse

Army bomb disposal experts today defused a viable device near a courthouse in the North.

The bomb was planted near Coleraine courthouse, Co Derry.

The alarm was raised in the early hours of this morning and police sealed off the scene.

Further searches were being carried out in the area after a controlled explosion was carried out.
