PSNI release teenager in arson attack probe

A teenager arrested by the PSNI probing an arson attack that took the lives of a couple has been released on police bail.

The man was arrested yesterday as part of an investigation into the deaths of Thomas O’Hare, 33, and Lisa McClatchey, 21.

They died after a blaze at their Foley Road home near Keady, Co Armagh, earlier this month.

Mr O’Hare was beaten with hammers during the attack.

Police have charged one man and questioned a number of others in connection with the attack.

Another four people who checked into a hospital in Co Louth an hour after the attack with severe burns are being treated in hospital in Dublin, and police are waiting to question them.
