Young man hospitalised after west Belfast attack

A 21-year-old man is being treated for head injuries in hospital in the North this morning following an attack in West Belfast yesterday evening.

The man was set upon by three masked attackers at around 6pm at a garage on the Colinglen Road in Dunmurry.

The PSNI has said that one of the attackers was armed with a handgun.

The injured man was beaten about the head, and his car was stolen.
