Govt ‘as much to blame for global warning as George Bush’

The Green Party has said the Government is just as much to blame for global warming as the Bush administration and other heavy-polluting countries.

Ireland has recently been identified as one of the worst countries in Europe for meeting its commitments under the Kyoto Protocol.
