Legal argument in the absence of the jury continued today at the trial of a Scottish man accused of the murder of a Co Waterford woman in 2004.

It was the third day of the trial of Samuel Jennings (aged 61), previously of Ashtown, Kilmacthomas, Co Waterford, who has denied the murder of Mrs Mary 'Mamie' Walsh (aged 54), a mother of two, of Leamybrien, Co Waterford, on a date unknown between August 30 and September 1, 2004.
