DUP delegation meet Hain

A DUP delegation, including deputy leader Peter Robinson, has held crisis talks at Stormont with Northern Secretary Peter Hain.

The meeting began at 12.30pm.

British government sources said they expected the Programme for Government Committee’s meeting to go ahead at Stormont at 2pm.

At this stage, however, they had no indication that the DUP would pull out of today’s meeting.
