Northern Secretary hails historic St Andrews Agreement

The Northern Secretary Peter Hain says he is confident that devolved government will be reached by next March and has called the St Andrews Agreement “genuinely historic".

He said all parties who signed up to the Agreement subscribed to fundamental principles which will lead to power sharing.
