Teenager killed in road accident in Kerry

A 19-year-old man has been killed in a car crash in Co Kerry.

The head-on collision between a car and jeep happened on the Abbyfeal to Castleisland road just before 8pm last night

The driver of the car, in which the teenager was killed, was seriously injured in the incident.

The sole occupant of the jeep sustained injuries that are not believed to be life threatening.

All three men were removed to Tralee General Hospital.
