The number of people with intellectual disabilities who cannot access full-time care has reached record levels, according to a new report from the Health Research Board.

The number of people with intellectual disabilities who cannot access full-time care has reached record levels, according to a new report from the Health Research Board.

The report says more than 2,000 people are in need of a residential place and the figure is expected to rise in the coming years.
