Sinn Féin's Gerry Adams has said that he will be going to Scotland next week to "do a deal" on restoring devolved government in the North by the November 24th deadline.

Mr Adams said his side has no pre-conditions for the crucial talks aimed at breaking the deadlock over the stalled political institutions.
