Taxi strike hits again

Travellers and commuters can expect a day of traffic chaos today as taxi drivers continue their series of one-day stoppages over new fare structures.

The seven-hour strike, which began at 6am, is the fourth day of action since the start of the summer and will affect services right across the country.
