An independent report into the death of a 75-year-old man at Monaghan General Hospital last October is due to be published later today.

An independent report into the death of a 75-year-old man at Monaghan General Hospital last October is due to be published later today.

Patrick Joe Walsh, from Killanny in Carrickmacross, bled to death at the hospital after doctors were unable to transfer him elsewhere for emergency surgery.
