Greens spell out plan to beat noise pollution

Noise Control Officers should be appointed to deal with all neighbourhood noise problems according to new proposals from the Green Party.

Sound pollution from sources such as building work, car alarms, barking dogs and noisy neighbours will be tackled in the party’s new Bill, which is due to be published today.
