PSNI question man about blackmail

A man was tonight being questioned by detectives in the North investigating blackmail.

The Police Service of Northern Ireland confirmed the man was arrested in Banbridge, Co Down, under the Terrorism Act.

He was being questioned in Antrim.

Police said the arrest was part of a protracted investigation into blackmail.

They would not release further details at this stage.
