Sf call on Shell to clarify legal position

The Sinn Féin spokesperson on Natural Resources, Martin Ferris TD, has today called on Shell to clarify whether or not it intends to proceed with its legal action against the Rossport Five.

Ferris was commenting on yesterday’s statement from the company in which it referred to its intention to “review the legal position with regard to the ongoing injunction proceedings”.
