North authorities urged to crack down on mini-motorbikes

The father of a young girl badly injured in an accident involving so-called mini-motorbikes is calling for a tightening of the laws governing such vehicles in the North.

The bikes can be purchased for as little as £100 (€146) and can reach speeds of up to 60mph.
