Dublin residents to challenge management firm in court

Residents of Tyrellstown in west Dublin are vowing to use a court case later today to highlight what they say are unwarranted management fees in the area.

The management company that looks after the estate is taking a resident to the Circuit Court today for refusing to pay his fees.
