Stardust group threatens to take Govt to European courts

The group representing people affected by the 1981 Stardust disaster is reportedly threatening to take the Government before the European courts.

Reports this morning said the Stardust Victims Committee had threatened to take an action under the European Convention on Human Rights if the Government rejects new evidence about the fire.
