DNG reports slowdown in second-hand Dublin house prices
The estate agents Douglas Newman Good have reported a slight slowdown in second-hand house prices in Dublin over the past few months.
The company said today that the average price of a second-hand house in the capital rose by 7.4% between April and June.
This compares to a 10% rise in the first quarter of the year.
DNG says prices for second-hand houses in Dublin have risen by a massive 27.8% over the past 12 months, the highest rate of increase in the last 10 years.
