The Taoiseach says he fears the Northern Assembly will not be restored before the end of the decade if the November deadline for the restoration of devolution is not met.

Bertie Ahern was speaking ahead of today's summit meeting at Stormont, at which he will meet British Prime Minister Tony Blair in an effort to push the peace process forward.
