Minister hopeful of speedy resolution to passports row

Minister for Foreign Affairs Dermot Ahern has said he expects FIFA to end the requirement on international players from the North to carry British passports.

Football's world governing body ruled earlier last month that the players would technically not be eligible for international duty unless they held British passports.
