Cullen confident that Road Bill will reduce fatalities

Minister for Transport Martin Cullen has said he is confident his new Road Traffic Bill will reduce the level of fatalities on Ireland's roads.

The legislation will introduce mandatory breath-testing and a ban on the use of mobile phones while driving.
